And, there are quite a few Hallmark streaming options out there too. To make it easier for you to choose one, today, we are going to list various ways for you to enjoy the good fortune of the Holiday Season—so here is how you can save yourself from missing spectacular programming on Hallmark and Lifetime this year.
There are a number of streaming services with Hallmark Channel and Lifetime included in their lineup that is available for subscription at very economical price-points. All you need is to find the streaming service which best suits your needs and a high-speed internet plan for a seamless viewing experience.
Philo is one of the cheapest Over-the-top (OTT) streaming services on the menu with a good variety. The service streams Live TV at a price of $20 per month and don’t bind you in a contract like most cable and satellite TV providers.
In all, Philo offers 61 popular pay-TV channels including Lifetime, Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Drama, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, and Paramount Network. You can also include premium add-ons like STARZ® and EPIX® to your Philo package for $6 and $9 per month respectively. Moreover, Philo has an unlimited DVR storage that lets you keep recordings for 30 days.
Sling TV is one of the top streaming services in the market, with its channel lineup including major news, entertainment, and sports networks. Sling Live TV offers two options: Sling Blue and Sling Orange-- both priced at $30 per month.
Sling Orange offers 30 popular channels, whereas Sling Blue offers 50 channels. The Sling lineup includes networks like BBC America, CNN, AMC, Comedy Central, ESPN, Fox News, Food Network, TNT, etc., and both include the Lifetime channel, but neither carries Hallmark or LMN.
So how to watch Hallmark channel on Sling TV? Well, you can watch the Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries on Sling TV by including the “Lifestyle Extra” add-on package to your primary subscription-- for an additional $5 a month. This Sling TV add-on brings you 11 more channels in all, and you get access to Hallmark Drama as well as the Lifetime Movies Network (LMN)!
Sling TV gives you the option to customize your channel lineup with more than one add-on packages at a time. Many of these add-ons carry premium networks too. Plus, you also get 10 hours worth of storage on the Cloud DVR for free with your primary Sling TV subscription. Recordings are kept on the Cloud for as long as you have an active subscription. There are no contracts and you can also check out the service through the 1-week trial offer.
fuboTV offers three streaming packages: fubo Standard is for $59.99/month, fubo Family costs $64.99 and fubo Ultra is priced at $84.99. fubo Standard is the basic plan available, and the networks on this basic lineup are part of the subsequent tiers i.e. Family and Ultra. fubo Family, therefore, includes all fubo Standard channels, 66 in all with 130 events in 4K, but also gives you 500 hours of Cloud DVR and features 3 simultaneous streams with Family Share.
fubo Ultra costs get you the aforementioned features along with extras like 9 SHOWTIME® channels with on-demand, 44 entertainment channels from fubo Extra, and 21 channels included in Sports Plus.
Regardless of the fuboTV package you choose, you will get Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Drama, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, Lifetime Channel, and Lifetime Movies Network (LMN) included in the lineup.
Frndly TV is much cheaper than even the cheapest Philo, priced at only $5.99/mo. with no contracts and a 7-day free trial available. But it only offers 15 live channels. Luckily, the short but interesting Frndly TV lineup includes Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Drama, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. The Lifetime Channel is however missing and so is LMN.
AT&T TV NOW (formerly, DIRECTV NOW) is a video streaming service very different from its IPTV and satellite counterparts. The service offers two basic packages: PLUS offers 45 channels at $55/mo. and MAX offers 60 channels and more sports coverage at $80/mo. Sadly, the channel lineup of these two basic plans only streams the Hallmark Channel.
If however, you are willing to move up to other available plans, you can watch the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries with AT&T TV NOW, as well as the Lifetime Channel and LMN.
AT&T TV NOW may be an expensive option in comparison to the rest, however, it’s a robust one with definite perks!
Though the option is not as economical as a streaming service, it offers the good value of money as you bundle high-speed internet with the TV service. Plus, it offers a more broad range of programming, and in higher quality, relative to most streaming services.
AT&T DIRECTV is the top satellite TV provider in the U.S. You can watch Lifetime and the Hallmark Channel on DIRECTV by subscribing to any of the DIRECTV packages, from ENTERTAINMENT to PREMIER™. LMN is also available in the primary lineup for all plans except ENTERTAINMENT. In order to watch Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, however, you will have to subscribe to the DIRECTV Movies EXTRA PACK for $4.99/mo.
DIRECTV plans start at $64.99/month, offering a maximum of 330 channels with up to 185 in HD, thousands of on-demand movies and series, and even free limited-time access to Cinemax®, SHOWTIME®, STARZ®, and EPIX® with all plans except PREMIER™, which includes premium networks by default.
Apart from TV, you can watch Hallmark and Lifetime movies anytime and anywhere by logging into the DIRECTV app with your AT&T DIRECTV credentials—that too, without eating on your data as long as you catch the direct satellite signal.
We’d recommend you bundle the TV service with Spectrum Internet and home phone for the best value for your money. And, let’s add something that’ll make you very happy: Spectrum doesn’t bind you in contact, and offers unlimited data allowance every month!
The Lifetime Network has its own streaming service too, where you can watch and stream all of Lifetime’s new and classic movies at a low price of $3.99/month. Lifetime Movie Club offers a 7-day free trial and does not hold you hostage to a contract.
Watch all Lifetime’s Christmas, romance, teen, thrillers, and drama movies free of commercials. Plus, new movies are added every week, so you would always have something new to watch. You can start catching on the holiday spirit with Jingle Belle, Christmas Pen Pals, A Very Nutty Christmas, and more—with very little strain on your pocket!
The Hallmark Channel streaming service i.e. Hallmark Movies Now, is an on-demand video service priced at $4.99/month with an annual plan. You can catch all of Hallmark’s classic and latest movies, series, and specials aired on Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, and Hallmark Hall of Fame, as well as new ones that are added every week.
The family-friendly Hallmark streaming service is 100% commercial-free, offers unlimited streaming, a 7-day free trial, does not have a binding contract, and is compatible with a range of devices.
There are a number of options you can choose from if you wish to watch Lifetime and Hallmark movies together. Whether you go with a streaming service, or a full-fledged TV plan to watch content from both or one of these networks, just make sure you check the channel lineup well before subscription. Philo is the cheapest streaming option, fuboTV offers Live TV along with sports and entertainment channels, and you can catch both Lifetime and Hallmark on Sling TV by including the Lifestyle Extra add-on.
If you are interested in Hallmark only movies, Frndly TV is a very pocket-friendly option. For Lifetime movies, you can always venture into the Lifetime Movie Club or get the Lifetime app. Again, you would be spending very little on the two services put together.
AT&T TV NOW is a great option if you happen to be looking for more than just Hallmark and Lifetime. It is on the expensive end of the price spectrum, but like DIRECTV from AT&T, the streaming option offers great value overall.
Lastly, we would add, if you happen to be one of those who are not convinced about cutting the cord, there is hardly another cable provider in the market that could beat the value offered by Spectrum TV.
No. The Hallmark channel is not available with a Hulu TV subscription.
No. The Hallmark channel is not included in the channel list of YouTube TV. However, you can get it as an add-on for $5. The add-on package also brings you Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, Hallmark Drama, and the Lifetime Movie Network (LMN).
To watch Hallmark Channel on Roku, you have to subscribe to Hallmark Movies Now at an additional fee, download the app, and watch on Roku. On the other hand, if your cable or satellite subscription includes the Hallmark Channel, you can watch movies via the Hallmark Channel Everywhere app using the same credentials as you use to log in to your provider related account.
Lifetime Channel on Roku only offers access to Lifetime series episodes and clips, and a select number of Lifetime movies. To unlock access to all Lifetime content, you require a subscription to a cable or satellite TV provider. With your provider related credentials, you can then sign in to the Lifetime TV Everywhere app and watch on Roku.
Amazon Prime streams all Lifetime Christmas movies, including those aired recently, along with select movies from varying genres. However, you have to pay $1.99 to $3.99 as a movie rental.
Philo, Sling TV, and fuboTV offer Hallmark and Lifetime channels, and so do AT&T TV NOW, although you must subscribe to the right plan to get Hallmark and Lifetime channels. Frndly TV includes Hallmark channels only.
