Service Terms and PoliciesAll services are subject to terms and conditions and use policies, which you must accept in order to use the service. Before using the service, you should carefully review WOW!’s acceptable use, network management, privacy, copyright and other policies adopted by WOW!, as well as the terms and conditions of subscription (the “Terms”). The current Terms are available for your review online by simply clicking here. By establishing an account, installing, activating or using the service, or otherwise indicating your agreement to the Terms or intention to use the service, you agree to be bound by the Terms.

Monthly Data Usage AllowancesIn some service areas, WOW! may offer usage-based Internet service packages, under which you will be charged additional fees once you consume a specified amount of data. WOW! may also offer Internet service packages that apply monthly data consumption thresholds. Usage Based Data Plans available in select markets are subject to a monthly data usage allowance (Internet 50: 1024GB/mo; Internet 100: 1536GB/mo; Internet 200: 1536GB/mo; Internet 500: 2560GB/mo; 1 Gig: 3072GB/mo). Unlimited data option available for some service plans for an extra charge. If you use more than your monthly data usage allowance in a given month, you will automatically incur an additional charge (currently $10 plus tax for each whole or partial block of 50GB, up to $50 per month). Unused data does not roll over from month to month.
Even if you subscribe to a plan without a specified data consumption limit, excessive or sustained bandwidth consumption may burden the network (in ways inconsistent with shared use of the network and services) and such usage may be limited or restricted by WOW!. The WOW! network for the provision of BIAS is designed for typical usage by a typical residential or small business computer user. Because we seek to provide the Service at a reasonable cost to the largest number of users, the use of our network is subject to certain general usage limitations. Users must ensure their activity does not improperly restrict, inhibit, or degrade any other user's use of the Service, nor represent (in the sole but reasonable judgment of WOW!) an unusually large burden on the network itself. In addition, users must ensure that their activity does not improperly restrict, inhibit, disrupt, degrade or impede WOW!'s ability to deliver the Service to others and monitor the Services, backbone, network nodes, and/or other network services. All data plans subject to change.
Whole-Home WiFi Add-on PricingThe Whole-Home WiFi Package, includes two eero WiFi devices. Whole- Home WiFi requires wireless modem for $14/mo from WOW! or compatible customer-owned modem. Whole-Home WiFi services may not work as described if compatibility requirements have not been met or equipment is not properly placed in the home to achieve complete coverage. All Whole-Home WiFi and WOW! tv+ equipment must be returned by customer if WOW! service is disconnected for any reason. Depending upon size and structure of home, complete coverage may require extra eero WiFi devices that can be rented for $5.99/mo each. WOW! Whole-Home WiFi uses equipment that can support wireless and wired speeds that vary depending on the specific device type and other operating conditions. Whole-Home WiFi charge of $9.99/mo will apply.
eero Secure and Pluseero Secure and eero Plus service is available through WOW! to customers with WOW! WiFi or WOW! Whole-Home WiFi with an eero device. The product is provided by a third party not affiliated with WOW! and is subject to its own terms, conditions and policies. Home Phone Add-on PricingWOW! Home Phone service provides one line of service for $10 per month. WOW!’s broadband enabled phone service (including access to 911) may not be available if you lose power or your broadband connection. Home Phone is sold with 100 Minutes of long distance for all domestic long distance calls including calls to Canada. A per minute long distance rate applies once the 100 minutes is reached.
Robocall BlockingThe Robocall Blocking feature automatically blocks calls that are deemed fraudulent, solicitous or SPAM, before they reach your Home Phone or Home Phone Plus services. If you do not want Robocall Blocking enabled with your service, please call us and we will be happy to assist you. Installation of ServicesIf you have agreed to self-install equipment to be used in connection with WOW! services, you further agree that: (A) you will adhere to the self-installation requirements specified by WOW!, which will be provided to you, at WOW!’s discretion: (i) as written instructions included as part of the self-installation kit provided to Customer; and/or (ii) within an online, an email or other communication by WOW! to you. In this connection, you agree that WOW! may require that you provide to WOW! a valid email address (to receive communications from WOW!, including the self-installation instructions) and/or provide a telephone number so that a WOW! technician may assist in the installation process; and/or (iii) on WOW!’s website; and (B) WOW! has no responsibility for the condition, operation, functioning, compatibility, repair, maintenance or any other aspect of the equipment provided by you or others. You will be responsible for your customer provided equipment and any damages (to WOW! equipment, customer equipment or otherwise) that may be caused by you or otherwise result from your failure to adhere to the self-installation instructions; and (C) billing will begin when service is connected by WOW!, whether or not you have installed and activated the Service; and (D) your use of WOW! services is subject to WOW!’s terms of subscription, and acceptable use, network management and other policies that WOW! has implemented in connection with the services; and (E) installation and/or activation fees may apply. If you are unable for any reason to successfully install your equipment, please contact us and we will assist you in your installation, which may require an additional installation charge.
In order to provide Service, WOW! must install in and upon the Customer premises certain equipment (the “Equipment”), which varies by service level, service type, and service location, Equipment requirements and pricing are subject to change. Equipment may include, but is not limited to, cabling and related splitters, cable modems, Optical Network Terminals (ONTs)/Fiber Terminals (collectively known as “Fiber Terminals”) and access points provided by WOW!, wireless devices, and other cable-related apparatus and Software provided by WOW! (excluding equipment purchased or owned by Customer). In some service areas, WOW! provides fiber-based Internet service (fiber Internet), which requires certain specialized equipment from WOW!. One WOW! Fiber Terminal must be installed by WOW! in your home to receive fiber Internet services. WOW!’s advertised fiber Internet speeds reflect maximum wired speeds delivered to the Fiber Terminal at your location. After the Fiber Terminal point, the location, number, capabilities, and limitations of WiFi equipment, connected Customer provided equipment and other factors will determine the maximum speed to a device.
Modem RequirementModem lease on Internet 500 and 1 Gig included at no cost for the first 12 months. Regular rate (currently $14/mo) after 12 to 24 month period applies depending on service and following service activation, or customer may provide their own modem. Modem lease on 1.2 Gig included at no cost with a continuously maintained subscription to an available 1.2 Gig speed package, unless there is a service or service package change, at which time then current pricing and package offers apply. Services, service packages, pricing and terms may change. Equipment must be immediately returned to WOW! by customer if WOW! Internet service is disconnected for any reason. Internet Speed LimitationsInternet speed reflects wired speeds that are provisioned up to the speed indicated. Internet speeds are not guaranteed and may vary by your equipment, number of users/devices, technical limits of Ethernet ports, and other factors outside of WOW!’s control (e.g., when using a 1 Gig Ethernet port, actual speed to a single device will be up to 940 Mbps over a wired connection). WiFi connection speeds are also subject to limitation of WiFi network protocols and the capability of the device on the network. Internet use and speeds subject to WOW's! acceptable use and network management practices and may be restricted when network usage is heavy or otherwise exceeds normal use. 500 Mbps, 1 Gig and 1.2 Gig not available in some areas. WiFi connection speeds are also subject to limitation of WiFi network protocols and the capability of the device on the network. WOW! Whole-Home WiFi uses equipment that can support wireless and wired speeds that vary depending on the specific device type and other operating conditions. 1 Gig and 1.2 Gig speeds may require a direct Ethernet connection (and supported equipment) to support maximum Internet speed.

Internet service; (ii) establish and maintain a Google account; and (iii) provide and maintain a credit card that will be used to automatically process YouTube TV payments. WOW! Internet customers who are not current or previous YouTube TV subscribers, inclusive of participation in a YouTube TV trial, are eligible for the standard YouTube TV (English base plan only) free trial which can be canceled at no charge at any time before trial is over.
