No, your service won’t be terminated if you fail to pay your bill on time. Cox has signed FCC’s Keep Americans Connected that means it will not disconnect its customers for unpaid bills.

Through June 30, 2020, Cox will not terminate your service nor will it charge late payment fees for customers who are unable to pay their bill as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic.
