Go to the App Store on your smartphone or tablet and search for Alder Security. Then, download and open the App on your phone. Next, log in with your default username and password created by Alder. The username is your phone number, and the password is your zip code; you’ll change it after your first login. If this doesn’t work, you’ll need to contact Alder customer service. Also, you have to complete the system installation before you can use the App.
A verbal password is a word or phrase you create to verify yourself with the Alder Monitoring Center to cancel false alarms and make changes to your account. You will need to call Alder customer service if you forget your verbal password.
